November 27th, 2018 – 5:30 pm @ the Golf Club House

The Annual Meeting is typically held once each year. As a member, this is the time for you to attend with the Trustees for the primary purposes of financial review, community updates, and election of your Board of Trustees.

Elections & Voting Procedures


VOtING & ELIGIBILITY

Ballots will be provided for homeowners at the Annual Meeting. As a member in a Homeowner Association, you can vote on candidates in an election if you are in good standing with the Association.

Proxy Voting

A proxy is the authority to represent someone else, especially in voting. As a member in a Homeowner Association, you can give your authority to vote on candidates in an election. If you are unable to attend the annual homeowners’ meeting, you may download, print, complete and submit a proxy ballot.

Proxies must be received by November 22nd. Voters must be members in good standing with the Association. The person you declared with the proxy should bring a copy with them to the meeting., or your proxy can be scanned and submitted via to Assistant Property Manager Lacey Hagan at lhagan@ohioequities.com.
